Figgymajig

For fig lovers everywhere this is the Crellow fig product. Here we have used dried figs, macerated and cooked in Cornish cider, then we have added some lemon rind an juice to make a sweet sour finish. Very unusual.

Fruit Cheeses

There is nothing dairy about this cheese! The name comes from the sliceable texture of this preserve but another traditional method of preserving fruit. It is a 'sweet conserve for cheese', served as part of a cheese board. It can also be cut into cubes or wedges and served alongside chocolates, this is the 'jelly' often served as part of a petit fours platter in restaurants of a certain type! We know chefs who use it with Creme Brulee. It is also excellent served alongside game but we recommend it as a cheese accompaniment as the flavour and texture combinations are astonishing.
